ANTIQUE WARRANTY
Antiques Streets always guarantees the genuineness of each and every antique item sold regardless of the price of the antique. Antique Warranty Certificate will be issued to each of the antique item. The Antique Warranty Certificate and the receipt of purchase will be shipped together with the antique items upon clearance of payment. Please also refer to shipping info for further information on shipping.
WHY 3 YEARS?
Because the Chinese antiques are genuine and Antiques Streets dares to open up longer warranty period to challenge our antique items. Antiques Streets is always upholding its company motto and business code of ethics to ensure that all Antiques Streets customers feel more comfortable, satisfied and become our loyal customers.
AUTHENTICATION
In the process of acquiring antiques items, our antiques sifu (expert) had examined and authenticated the antiques items. Antiques Streets warranty the genuineness of the antique items. The customers can be assured that they have peace in mind when they purchased antiques from Antiques Streets.

Antique Warranty Terms & Conditions:
i. Any dispute on the genuineness of the antique item purchased shown on the overleaf of the warranty certificate MUST be raised within 3 (THREE) years from the certificate date to antiquesstreets.com. Any claim or dispute after the 3 (THREE) years guarantee period shall not be entertained by antiquesstreets.com.
ii. In the event of fake antique has been purchased from antiquesstreets.com, the customer making the claim MUST return the antique item in its original form and conditions to antiquesstreets.com.
iii.The original receipt of purchase MUST be submitted to antiquesstreets.com.
iv.The shipping cost of returned fake antique shall be borne by the customer.
v. The customer may opt to refund the purchase price of the returned antique or replacement of an equivalent price of another antique item.
vi. In the event of the replacement antique price is more than the returned fake antique purchase price, the customer shall pay the difference amount to antiquesstreets.com.
vii. In the event of the replacement price is less than the returned fake antique purchase price, antiquesstreets.com shall return the difference amount to the customer.
viii. The customers may use any means of communication (e-mail, fax, phone, letter, etc) to lodge their warranty claims against the antique items. Antiques Streets will log down as an official warranty claim. Antiques Streets will be following up with the customers as soon as we received the warranty claims.

ANTIQUE WARRANTY CLAIMS
Refer to the above Terms & Conditions. As Antiques Streets may not be located in the same time zone with the customers, please be patient with us for the time zone differences. We will definitely follow up and keep in touch with you as soon as possible after we received your warranty claim request. We thank you very much for your understanding and patient.
DECLARATIONS
Honesty is part of Antiques Streets's business code of ethics. If there is any chips, cracks or defects in the antiques, Antiques Streets will declare those defects in advanced to the customers before the customers purchase the antiques. Zoomed photographs of the defects will be e-mailed to the customers for considerations, upon requests from customers.
