Viewing/Authentication of Antiques
In the case of you need to view and authenticate the antiques items, we are pleased to inform that arrangement for viewing can be made at our office. You may bring along any apparatus and/or your antiques experts to accompany you.
We are only providing magnifying glass and turn table.
Just let us know when you are coming to our Malaysia office. We would be very much appreciated if you could inform us earlier so that the appropriate arrangements can be made by us before your arrival.
If you need any assistance, especially on the accommodation and transportation, please do let us know as well. We are much happy to assist our customers. We do it as a value-added service for our customers. We will not make a single cent out of it.
However, we are sorry to say that the customers have to bear their own expenses incurred for the trip to Malaysia and to our office. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Warranty/ Guarantee
All our antiques items are guaranteed genuine. We provide a THREE (3) year warranty on the genuineness of the antique items from the date of purchase.
You may return the fake item, in the original condition, that you have purchased from us within THREE years from the date of purchase. You may choose for refund or replacement of equivalent value of another antique. All shipping cost incurred for returning goods are to be borned by customers.
However, we have not encountering any returning of fake antiques from our customers so far because they have purchased genuine items from us. Thanks for our company motto: CGCG.
We will issue a warranty certificate on the genuineness of the antique item that sold by us to protect our customers. Click to view a sample of the Antique Warranty Certificate.
Antiques Measurements/ Colours
All antiques measurements furnished and described in our website are taken in approximation. Please allow small variation in the measurements, if any.
Some colours of the antiques may be slightly different from the pictures shown on the website due to the use of flashlight during shooting of the antiques pictures. We apologise for the slight variations or differences that exist.

Shipping Info
Worldwide as long as reachable by means of commercial transportation company.
All antiques items will be shipped to the desired destination as specified by the customer. The means of shipping methods can be by air, sea or land, if and only if applicable and possible.
The customers have to bear the actual shipping cost. We will find out the cost to ship to the customers' destination and inform the customers in advance of the actual shipping rate/cost. The customers may arrange their own shipping, if they preferred. If the customers are here to view the antiques, they may even bring them home by their own after purchasing the antiques items.
All antiques will be shipped within 2-3 working days upon clearance of the payment from our local banker. We will inform the customers when the payment is cleared from our local banker and advise the shipping according.
Tax
The customers have to be awared of any tax to be imposed by their local custom authorities at their countries when the antiques arrived at their countries.
We are sorry to inform that the customers/recipients of the antiques have to bear the import tax/duty, if any, at their countries when the the antiques arrived at the destination.
Insurance Info
Not all antiques items are insurable due to some circumstances. However, if you need to know whether the items
are insurable, please do not hesitate to contact Antiques Streets.
Payment Info
The following payment methods are accepted by us for both local and international customers:
i. Telegraphic Transfer via bank
ii. Irrevocable LC
iii. Banker's cheque
(for Malaysia only)
iv. Personal/Company cheque (for Malaysia only)
v. Cash at office (but not via postage or courier)
We are not accepting credit card payment at the moment due to our company business policies. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Why No Pricing In Our Antique Items?
We try to make sure that the customers are happy, in terms of customer service, pricing and every aspect. We encourage our customers to offer their pricing to us which they think they are comfortable with. If the offerred price is accepted by us, then we will sell the antique items at the offered price by the customer. We will make the assumption that all prices quoted or offered by the customers are excluding shipping and insurance cost, if applicable. We will advise the customers on the actual shipping and insurance cost that incurred.
If you have any queries, please drop us a mail and your e-mail or queries will be attended by our staff or sales and marketing team as soon as they can. We would be very much appreciated if you could be patient with us for the time zone differences. Antiques Streets location may be in a different time zone with yours.
